A brief description of my background: Started as Deck Cadet with A.P.Moller-Maersk Aug-1977. Passed the Master examination June-1993. Resumed duty with A.P.Moller-Maersk, was promoted to Master June-2001 and served as Master on the Company's container vessels until May 2011. From May 2011 and until November 2013 have served onboard Hamburg Süd container vessels as Master. From June 2014 to September 2017 have served onboard Nordic Tankers chemical / product tankers as 2nd/ Ch.Officer. I am seeking a permanent position as Master with continuous assignments for years to come - not just one-off assignments but continuous assignments within the same Company. Am fluent in English - both written/oral. Am highly motivated with excellent management skills. Have served as Master with multi-national crews: Senior Officers: Indian, Filipino, Russian, Bulgarian, Polish, Ukranian, British, German, Danish. Junior Officers: Indian, Filipino, Russian, Polish, Ukranian, British, German, Danish. Ratings: Filipino, Indian, Thai, Chinese, Polish, German, Kiribati, Danish.
